Merits: the twins bunching machine has been developed to produce very accurate strands with very small sections for the electronicindustry. lt can produce simultaneously two different strand sections, on equal or different reels, at the same rotation speed. Two
rotate shafts drive by one motor ,thus achieve the environmental goaI and low power. With the main shaft meter counter, the machinetwist the same types of line, and the tolerance is only O.1%.
It is applied to the twisting of aerospace, medical equipment, cellphone and ultra conductor(above 7 pcs ofbare copper wires, tinned wires, silver jacketed wires and enamelled wires).
