Withstanding voltage test that is used to determine the temperature index of enameled round wires with nominal conductor diameter 1.500mm and below and of enameled flat wires of 3.000mm (narrow side)×8.000mm (wide side);
Withstanding voltage test is conducted for a group of samples (11 samples for each) after repeated heat aging until all samples fail in withstanding voltage test;
Voltage ranging 250~5000V can be set at any value according to wire size of test samples;
Conduct automatic detection and adjustment for set voltage value;
Test time and withstand voltage time interval for each test sample should be 1s;
Clamp a group of test samples (11 for each) once, available to complete withstand voltage test for any of sample one by one or individually, all operations would be automatically completed;
Color touch screen operation and display of test process and result;
Test data can be automatic stored, inquired and also copied via USB port;
Test results can be printed by miniprinter;
Equipped with test rack, test sample forming die for flat round wires and with round wire twist device and weight;
Test box door is provided with safety interlocking device, compliant with relevant regulations on high voltage testing equipment.
